These terms set out the rules for using our website and buying our products and services (including online courses, downloadable resources, coaching, events and memberships). By using the site and/or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

4. Accounts
To purchase certain products (e.g., courses or paid memberships) you may need an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate and secure.
5. Products and services we offer

• Digital content: e.g., pre-recorded courses, videos, audio files, PDFs, templates, downloads.
• Services: e.g., live online courses, workshops, group coaching, 1:1 coaching, and events.
• Memberships: either free social media groups (Facebook, LinkedIn) or Elevity (paid subscription).

6. Orders, pricing and payment
• Prices are in GBP and include/exclude VAT as stated at checkout.
• Payment is taken at checkout via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
• Your order is accepted when we email confirmation; at that point, a contract is formed.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot accept it (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud).
7. Delivery and access
• Digital content is delivered by account access or download links after payment.
• Live services run on the dates/times shown at purchase or notified by email.

8. Your consumer rights (UK)
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8.1 Cooling-off for services
You have a 14-day cooling-off right. If you ask us to begin the service within that period and cancel, you’ll pay for services provided up to cancellation. If the service is fully delivered, you lose the right to cancel.
8.2 Cooling-off for digital content
The 14-day cooling-off right applies unless you agree to immediate access/download. If you consent to immediate access, you lose your cancellation right once access begins.
8.3 How to cancel
Email hello@elevatedlife.co.uk with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you are cancelling. Refunds will be processed within 14 days where applicable.
9. Refunds and guarantees outside the cooling-off period
Unless a specific money-back guarantee is offered on the sales page, digital content and paid memberships are non-refundable once the cooling-off period has ended (or once immediate access has been granted).
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
• Certain products or services may come with a Satisfaction Guarantee, as clearly stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.
• Where a satisfaction guarantee applies, you may request a refund within the guarantee period (e.g., 7 days from purchase, unless otherwise specified).
• To claim under the guarantee, email hello@elevatedlife.co.uk within the guarantee period with your name, order details, and reason for the request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
• The guarantee does not apply to:
o Services or products not expressly advertised as having a guarantee.
o Situations where you have not accessed or attempted the product/service (e.g., not logging into a course).
• This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
11. Membership and Community Access
We offer two types of membership:
11.1 Free Groups (Facebook & LinkedIn)
• Free communities are hosted on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• No payment is required, but members must follow our community guidelines.
• We may suspend or remove members who breach rules, behave inappropriately, or misuse the group.
• These groups are provided on third-party platforms and are also subject to the platform’s own terms.
11.2 Elevity – Paid Online Community
• Description: Elevity is our premium private online community with exclusive resources, live sessions, workshops, and discussions.
• Monthly subscription: Elevity is billed monthly via secure payment processors. Payment renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
• Trials & offers: If you join on a free trial or discounted promotion, standard monthly billing begins at the end of that period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account or by emailing hello@elevatedlife.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Behaviour standards: Respectful behaviour is required at all times. No spam, harassment, discrimination, or unauthorised selling.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate Elevity membership without refund if you breach these terms, share access, or misuse the community.
• Changes: We may update or adjust Elevity features (e.g., call schedules, forums, resources) but will maintain overall membership value.
• Non-transferable: Memberships are personal and may not be shared or resold.
12. Coaching and education disclaimer
Our courses, membership and coaching are for educational purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
13. Intellectual property
All site content, course materials, and downloads are owned by or licensed to us. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for private use only. You must not share, resell, publish, or distribute without written consent.
14. Data protection and GDPR compliance
• We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Personal data (e.g., name, email, billing details, data shared during coaching or courses) is collected lawfully and fairly for:
o providing products and services you purchase;
o administering accounts and memberships;
o sending service-related communications;
o sending marketing emails where you have consented (unsubscribe anytime).
• We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted providers (e.g., payment processors, course platforms, email services) under safeguards.

15. Event ticket purchase / refunds policy
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed.
• If we cancel, you will receive a face-value refund (booking/transaction fees are non-refundable).
• If rescheduled, you may keep your ticket or request a refund.
• We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
• Admission remains subject to venue/promoter rules. No refunds for refusal/ejection due to lateness, refusal of searches, disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or prohibited items.
• To reduce fraud, we may request additional verification and may cancel suspicious orders.
• Marketing communications: you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in emails or by contacting hello@elevatedlife.co.uk.
16. Testimonials and results disclaimer
• Testimonials reflect real client experiences but are individual. They do not guarantee results.
• Any examples, case studies or success stories are for illustration only and should not be interpreted as typical outcomes.
• You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results.
17. Third-party tools & links
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google meet, Delenta, Fresh Learn, Heartbeat, Stripe/PayPal). Their terms and privacy policies apply. Links from our site are for information only.
18. Technical requirements
You are responsible for having the necessary devices, software and internet to access our services.
19. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything unlawful to exclude.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant product or service.
20. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, illness, strikes, platform failures, or law changes).
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies. For Elevity memberships, we’ll notify you of material changes before renewal.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
